I ve spend one night in Romoli hotel in April 2024. Very bad experience. Seems to be that they dont have the quiet time in the hotel, and everyone can have a drunken party. I ve stayed in cheap hostels in Europe and even they always have quiet time in the night. I had a plane early in the morning and I just could not take a sleep because some people were having a loud party on the upper floor and audibility is so high that all the screams, drunken laughs and door slamming were heard. They did not manage this issue themselfes before I went to the reception to report it. So I did not recieve the service that I ve payed for - a place to have a calm rest. Also they ignored my claim , I asked for the money refund but of course it was naive. Just ignore. The hotel looks presentable as it would be rather a place for business people to stay on their trips. I rated it this way by the photos and decided that it is a good choice but it was a wrong decision. Also I had a number with no conditioner. Likely all the rooms are this way. There might be an installed old condition system in the walls, but I doubt it because already in april it was quite hot and stuffy and not comfortable to sleep. I cant imagine how it is in June-August period.

This hotel was part of a deal for a two destination mini break . The outside appearance is appealing matched by the reception and greeting by staff . The room was clean spacious and had all the facilities you need . The Restaurant is situated on the 4th floor (top floor) and can be accessed by lift or stairs, it is comfortable with both inside /outside seating . Breakfast was very relaxed with a good selection of fresh product ( continental breakfast ) service was friendly and welcoming . In the evening this doubles as a Restaurant / Bar offering pizza and drink deals or just drinks prices are very good and during our stay the young waiter was excellent This restaurant has an added bonus for the warmer months as all section of the roof fold back to make it a complete outdoor venue We found the location great for visiting most sites in Rome ( approximately 2 minutes to Bus stop or 10 minutes to Metro) We would love to return to Rome and would not hesitate to book this hotel for a longer stay

Pizza and boxes left behind from previous guests, bedding had dirt stains, bed hard and uncomfortable with large sink in the middle. Given it is a 3 star I did not expect the world, however basic cleanliness and clearing out food from past guests is a basic requirement.

Lovely greeting at reception when we arrived after a long delay and long taxi ride. Room is basic, but clean and spacious, great air conditioning which we were glad for. Hotel is about half hour taxi ride from center of Rome, there is a metro about a 20 minute fast walk away. First morning we got a taxi to Rome no problem, 2nd morning to take us to train station, no one available, so hence the fast walk to the metro. Advisable to pre book. We didn't eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on the food. Lovely friendly staff though.

Came here on an escorted tour. The hotel is located in a safe, residential area and about a 15min walk to the Metro. There are closer buses. There are restaurants in the area - although they have a small food menu in the rooftop bar, which is lovely. An excellent breakfast is served also on the roof terrace and the staff are, without exception, particularly friendly and helpful, even to hordes of Brits!
